Loss of Passport

Lost Passport

In case you have lost your Passport, you can apply for reissuance of your Machine Readable Passport (MRP).
Following documents are required for processing an application:
  • Photocopy of Lost Passport. Please log on to “Report my Loss” and complete the loss report and take a print. It can either be done on the following website https://www.immobilise.com/ or at your local police station.
  • Production of one of the following, original and valid NADRA Cards along with its photocopy:
    • Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC)
    • National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP)
    • Smart National ID Card
    • E-Visa (Immigration Status). We do not need sharecode as it is not proof of immigration status.
    • Computerised Child Registration Certificate (CRC) in case of minors below the age of 10 and NICOP in case of children above the age of 10.

 

Note:
In case of a lost passport application, Machine Readable Passport (MRP) shall only be delivered after the verification of the previous MRP/Manual Passport from the concerned issuing authority in Pakistan or Abroad, which may take a month or longer.
