Loss of Passport

Lost Passport

In case you have lost your Passport, you can apply for reissuance of your Machine Readable Passport (MRP).
Following documents are required for processing an application:
  • Photocopy of Lost Passport. Please log on to “Report my Loss” and complete the loss report and take a print.
  • Production of one of the following, original and valid NADRA Cards along with its photocopy:
    • Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC)
    • National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP)
    • Smart National ID Card
    • Computerised Child Registration Certificate (CRC) in case of minors or CNIC/ NICOP

 

Note:
In case of a lost passport application, Machine Readable Passport (MRP) shall only be delivered after the verification of the previous MRP/Manual Passport from the concerned issuing authority in Pakistan or Abroad, which may take a month or longer.
