Community Welfare Wing

A welfare office was established by Government of Pakistan in Liverpool in the early 1950’s to assist the incoming Pakistani migrants. In the late 1960’s, a Consulate was established with the office in Manchester. Since 1995, a separate Community Welfare Wing has been headed by Community Welfare Attache’ representing Ministry Of Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource Development (Ophrd)
