Process Flow for Machine Readable Passport (MRP) Application/Processing

On your arrival show your appointment confirmation page or screenshot to Security and they’ll let you in to the Consular Hall’s waiting area. Official at Attestation Counter will check your documents/ eligibility. If documents are complete, a bank voucher will be issued for fee payment.

Deposit the required at the bank counter

If you don’t have the photocopies of original documents with you, you’ll be asked to make photocopies of your original documents.

After fee payment, wait in the waiting area in the consular hall, MRP staff will call your name for token issuance, digital photograph, biometric and data entry in the MRP Office.

You will be interviewed by MRP Officer and collection date will be given at the end of the process.
