Visa for Dual National

Applicant holding both Pakistan and British nationalities and their dependents can apply for the following visa:
Family Visa
Spouse Visa

Duly filled and signed Visa Application Form
Original passport valid for at least six months along with its photocopy
Two recent passport size photographs with white background
One of the followings with photocopies:
- Your valid or expired Pakistani National Identity Card /
- Your valid or expired Pakistani Passport
- Valid or expired Pakistani Passport of one of the parents with your detailed Birth Certificate
- Valid or expired Pakistani National Identity Card / of one of the parents with your detailed Birth Certificate

Duly filled and signed Visa Application Form
Original passport valid for at least six months along with its photocopy
Two recent passport size photographs with white background
A request for issuance of visa signed by both the parents
Detailed birth certificate of minor applicant having both parents’ name on it with photocopy
Photocopy of one of the followings:
- Parents’ British passport
- Parents’ Pakistani passport with valid UK visa
- Parents’ UK driving license

Duly filled and signed Visa Application Form
Original passport valid for at least six months along with its photocopy
Two recent passport size photographs with white background
UK valid residence visa with its copy (if applicable)
UK proof of address with its photocopy (Utility bill, Council tax bill, or Full UK driving license)
Marriage Certificate along with its copy
Reference letter from UK employer. Those who are not in employment will provide copy benefit letter, Job Centre letter or Pension letter
Spouse’s Pakistani Passport and NICOP/CNIC card along with copy
