The Consulate General of Pakistan is pleased to inform all applicants that a Passport Tracking feature has now been added to our website for public convenience.
Applicants may check the status of their passports online using this feature:
If the passport record is available in the system and ready, the status will display: “ Passport is ready for collection .”
If the passport has not yet been received from Pakistan, the status will display: “ Passport is not ready for collection yet. ”
If the status “ Passport is not ready for collection yet ” continues to appear against your token ID for more than one month, applicants are requested to contact the Passport Office at the Consulate General of Pakistan in Manchester for further assistance along with their original Token Receipts.
Collection time is 15:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs
Please ensure you arrive within this time. Late arrivals, without exception, will be required to return later to collect.
Passports will be handed over only on presentation of the original token receipt. Applicants are also requested to bring their original passport, if this is mentioned on the token receipt.
This initiative has been introduced to enhance transparency and improve service delivery for all applicants.
